What we collect

Email, password hash, language, sign-in times, orders and entitlements, product usage events (page views, feature use) and anything you submit through forms or feedback. We do not store card numbers — payments are processed by licensed institutions.

Why

To run your account, deliver what you bought, send transactional email (codes, receipts), improve the product and meet legal duties. Marketing email goes only to account holders who have not opted out, and every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link; transactional email continues.

Where it lives

On Cloudflare infrastructure (edge, EU/US regions) and with our email provider. Retained while your account exists and for up to 6 years for tax and dispute records.

Your rights

Access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to processing: email info@tjnovaltd.com. UK/EU residents may complain to the ICO or their local authority. Controller: TJ NOVA LTD.
