Refund window
Digital access: request within 14 days of purchase if you have not materially used the paid features. Timed access (for example a 30-day pass) is a one-time purchase: it expires by itself and is never auto-renewed, so there is nothing to cancel.
How to request
Email info@tjnovaltd.com from the address on the order with the order number. We reply within 3 working days.
What happens then
Approved refunds return to the original payment method via the payment institution. Access tied to the refunded order is withdrawn at the same time.
